• No show or cancellation within 30 days of stay - No refund due.
• Cancellation between 30-60 days before stay - 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation more than 60 days before stay - full refund.
• Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50%.
• The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
• A breakage deposit of between R1000 - R2000 is payable with each reservation.
